As part of the Hampton Roads Cosmetology Training Center (HRCTC), our boutique was created to provide beauty professionals with real-world experience beyond the classroom. Here, aspiring beauty professionals don’t just learn, they apply their skills in a professional setting, engaging with clients, managing retail and exploring the many paths the beauty industry has to offer.
